I went to the Pope & Younge website and from my first glance, you have to be a member of thier forum to read the details of record harvests.
I could not even find hers under the black bear section, but this matters not if the skull has not yet been officially scored.
A first "wet score" followed up by a period of time to dry, then the official "dry score??"
I wonder if the initial weight of the fresh kill is factored in somehow?
