Migratory Bird Regs

Hey does anyone know when the feds release the 2008 migratory bird hunting regs?

Didn't think you could get them until you buy your permit at the post office. The regs come with the permit. I forget when that is though, august sometime. I have last years still if that may help.

The Regs are usually posted on the website around the last week of July. I believe the paper versions are available with the licenses on 1st August.
