It is a sad day for BPCR, CAS and shooters in general.
On Sunday Mike Venturino passed away at his home after a short illness. It was only last week they thought that there was hope. But sadly he was called away to early.
Mike was a cowboy at heart living in Livingston MT. Mike was a writer who wrote many a book and articles on Shooting, reloading, guns and the sport. Mike shot BPCR and CAS events.
I consider myself fortunate to have known Mike. He will surely be missed.
Rest In Peace Mike
Help us, Lord, to live our lives in such a manner that when we make that last inevitable ride to the country up there, where the grass grows lush, green and stirrup high, and the water runs cool, clear and deep, that you , as our last Judge, will tell us that our entry fees are paid. Amen.
