You should be able to swing that around and unass from a vehicle alot better, provided it stays on it's wheels that is. :)

Don't let flipper drive the G-wagons! And my knee is still sore from bashing it on Jamie's truck...

You guys need anything let me know ;)

I am curious. When i had my Ar 14.5, I had the Holosight mounted at the same area. I have seen some mount it on the top of the rail, just ahead of the reciever. What is the preference to those reading this?

Also, how many rounds have you put thru the RRA, and why wouldn't you just order the RRA model that comes with a rail system?
Any preference for ammo?

HK style single point sling mounts how with the 93B? I too wish to do this.

Its in the Magpul manual that comes with the stock. With out that manual I wouldn't been able to put the stock on.

Finally got it to the range today, she shoots GREAT!! I didn't put as many rounds downrange as I would like, but it was enough to get the 552 zeroed and get a feel for her. I really like the way the Larue EOTech mount co-witnesses with the iron sights, you hardly notice them. I also like the Magpul stock alot, you can get a nice cheek weld with it.

Now I need more ammo, and more range time. Smith-tac needs to run another carbine course too :)

The location of the EOTech is personal preference as far as I know, and whether you want it to co-witness with the irons. Though if you mount it on top of a rail it should be a free-float type. You can even get a canteliver mount to mount it forward and down off the carry handle for the old-school models.

I wanted the Larue rail due to the recommendation of someone much wiser than myself. ;)

Mike,

Now you just need one in a "real" calibre. Give me a shout after Tuesday. We're (3VP) looking at our next casual ATS shoot at the end of the month. You can try my AR-10 Carbine and see what you've been missing, 500+ rounds with zero stoppages, and counting.

t's kinda like a slightly bigger C8. You will like. You will really, really like.

Just say'in....

Mark, Kev and I were just talking about this at army.ca, my next project is something like your AR-10, but more of a Mk 11 DMR setup :)

I need to find my way out west in the next few weeks... hmmm...

Yah, those G-wagons roll easy  . :runaway:

We (the usual suspects) will have to try that carbine out when we get back.
