Mildot Master - where to buy?

I am looking for a Mildot Master. Phoned around to the local AB shops and no one seems to have one. Wolverine has one but they want $13 for shipping something that could fit into an envelope. Any ideas?
 
How long ago was that? I see they only sell the metric version in Canada. I would prefer the Imperial version if possible. Not a really big deal but I'm an old fart and for shooting and scuba diving I still work in Imperial units.
 
It was just a few days ago and hasn't arrived in the mail yet. This part of their testdrive page had me sold, and is what I think you're concerned with:

"Note: The Mildot Master[SUP]®[/SUP] determines Range in yards and meters (simply remove and reverse the slide). Target Size and Bullet Drop are expressed in inches on both sides.

All units shipped to Canada and overseas include an additional slide, with Range expressed in meters, and Target Size and Bullet Drop expressed in centimeters. "

Coretac charges $16 for shipping, thanks anyway. I put an ad in the EE so I hope I get a response. I found a good app for my phone that does what the Mildot Master does and more but I don't want to rely on anything that takes batteries. I certainly had a brain fart as I should have remembered you just flip the inner slider - duh.
