Have not tried one but cameras tend to compensate for loud noises making explosions and gun shots sound different than real life, usually more toned down.

What do you mean by tone down? That the units are not watered down themselves from their 'counterparts'?

I thought we were talking about how the camera tends to 'tone down' effects. What exactly do you mean?

I'm simple. Talking about two things in one thread hurts my brain.
