This is the way that our Smoke Grenades will be reloaded!

The unit features a billet aluminum housing.

Step 1) You will unscrew the top (HEAD) which the spoon and pin were attached to.
Step 2) You will unscrew the bottom which will allow the old insert to be removed.
Step 3) Clean the inside of the body to ensure the new insert can slide in freely.
Step 4) Replace a new insert in the bottom and replace the bottom cover
Step 5) Screw in a new head unit and she's ready to go.

This will all be able to be done easily and quickly in the field.

...Making them rechargeable would be pretty gross to handle after. After all the time you'd have to spend cleaning them, and the cost increase of building them, I dont think you'd enjoy it.
Just my thoughts.



Yet you went with reloadable....can you explain how you worked around the gross factor or will it be as un-enjoyable as you initially predicted?
