Great milsurp mag at Canadiantire.
They are also carrying a lot of other firearms magazine.
Nice article on M1 garand, mosin, mauser and removing cosmo.
Also some stuff on a type 53 and the K31.
Nice to see at Canadian tire.

I'll have to look at my local crappy tire but they barely have a hunting section as is and it is one of the bigger stores too.

Speaking of that, where abouts did you find the magazine in the store ?

Our hunting section is a glass case with ammo ( 10 feet worth?? With knives in it aswell), and one row with slings, grunts , butt outs, and clays....one across with rubber boots and camo gear...thats it.
Pretty sad really.............

I found that magazine at the gas station a few weeks ago, some descent bathroom reading, poor picture representation of the K98 German Mauser, though. It is a RC gun with a straight bolt handle believed to be from a Gew98, nontheless, good read.

I went into the Canadian Tire in Perth, ontario near where I live and noticed they were finally selling real firearms let alone magazines. Could not belive it. They had a SVT 40 for $299.00 and even a Mossburg tactical .22 . I would have bought the SVT but I already have one. They even called the up coming holiday ....christmas.

I saw the same magazine/issue at a Canex in Gagetown.

The ~$14 price tag turned me away pretty quick though lol I'm way too cheap for that thanks.

I'd almost consider a subscription if the price was fair and offered savings for a year vice individual purchasing on release though.

Very cool magazine for sure.

Cobourg / Belleville both have great hunting sections! The magazines are new - I normally don't see them when I shop. They had pistols magaiznes, guns and ammo... a bunch. Surprised me.

Yea, I would have to agree; the CT in Belleville has probably the best selection of guns and ammunition out of all CT stores.
