I don't give a #### if it's chinese, japanese, portugese or any other "ese"....they have gotten tons of positive reviews, and I would buy one.

Chinese, yes, re-branded, no. It is made for Millet by a Chinese factory. FYI they aren't the only ones doing it, some big names source parts and scopes from China, yet for some reason it's only the cheap scopes that get called names.
