Millet rings, I'm led to understand, are a bugger to adjust trying getting them to line up properly with the bore. Observations from experience only please and thanks.
Burris Posi-align rings have the "bushings" (for lack of a better description) to allow correction in the off chance of ring misalignment. I looked at the Burris rings and was going to purchase until I discovered they use a [I]round[/I] recoil lug (?????) to slot into a square Weaver base.
I need an explanation of how this is superior to a square lug into a square slot!
