Millet Repair Service any good?

Well long story short, my DMS-1 which has been used a grand total of three times had the side battery knob pop off today. Its been sitting in the safe for 3 years, regret putting the money into this optic that is for sure. Was looking at the Millet Site and they have a Canadian Repair depot, anyone have any experience with it? Would be a shame to have to drop a big load of cash to fix what is obviously a manufacturers fault.

Would that repair Depot be Bushnell?I thought they own Millet now.

Don't know I guess if Bushnell owns it know it must be.

I have heard that their service is good though I do not have first hand experience. I believe the repair depot in Richmond Hill is Bushnell / Uncle Mike's and Millet.

my millet pos needed repair sent it to bushnell in Toronto the sent me a new scope.

i have LRS 6-25 x56mm and the tracking is bad and it do some backslash when shooting is was on my .243 win for a year and half , looking to send the scope to repair but millet is hard to join they dont have a email address on their web site , after that big prob i put a leupold vx3 on my rifle and it better ^^

Well, I called Bushnell Canada and followed instructions and sent it in and they sent me a new scope. Took a little while but it was really easy. I gotta say I was impressed.
