I have been looking at those Millet scopes for a while and was just wondering if anyone has had any experience with them. If anyone has good or bad info I would like to here it. I am looking for a tactical scope to put on a rimfire or a small centre fire, for a reasonable price. Is this a good idea or what????

I have the Millet TRS-1 (4-16x50) and it is an OK scope for the money.
I would not recommend it or buy one again however.
After one outing with my rifle at the range I ended up with some condensation in the scope. It looks like something smeared on the glass on the interior of the most forward lens. It is not really noticeable unless you turn on the illumination ( I don't use that anyway) but it bothers me regardless.
The adjustments are a pain especially with 1/8" clicks. I thought that would lend to the scope being more accurate but it just makes for a PITA when adjusting the scope.
I would suggest the Falcon 5.5-25x56 or 50 if you are looking for a cheaper scope that works well.

I have the Buck Gold 6-25x56 Mildot. Very Heavy. Use it to punch paper, but for varminting...it's more of a hindrance. I wouldn't buy another one.
