Millet scopes???

I'm looking to pick up a scope for my Target AR15. Right now I am leaning towards the Millet TRS-1 4-16x50. I don't reallt know much about these scopes and was hoping the CGN croud could fill me in a bit about them. Are they a good scope? Is that a good choice for my application? Would you suggest something else and why?
 
After I posted started this thread I did a bit of searching on google. It does look huge. Others mentioned that aswell. I think bigger than I want for my rifle.

Any suggestions on a good tactical scope in that price range...a bit cheaper wouldn't be bad either. Top of the magnification range should be between 12x and 16x.
 
The crossfire 4-16x50AO might be ok. It would certainly save me a few bucks. Not really sure about the quality of them though. I know the crossfire is lower in their lineup.
