Millett high tip off rings

I was looking for Millett high tip off rings, it seems Millett no longer have them.
Does anybody have a clue why they don't offer them anymore?

On the net I saw some of them with apparent casting marks an read about rings
failure (crack when tighten to the receiver). I was wondering if there are Chinese
copy of them selling on the net?

I was looking for the one inch model, the 30 mm seems easier to find...
