Does anyone have some experience with one of these? I have a Savage model 10 in 308 that I have been looking to put a scope on for awhile now. Looking to shoot from 1-300 yards with it. I was thinking of a sightron Siii 6-24 but I am having a hard time scraping the cash together. This seems a bit more affordable and has some positive reviews on american websites, but I wanted to see if anyone here has anything good or bad to say about them before I buy...

i run one on my .22 for the money its not bad i guess repeatable adjustments and seem to run pretty true to the 1/4moa adjustments. That being said, all my precision rigs run high end optics, and going from them to the millet , well its sort of like being poked in the eye with a sharp stick. if i were you, id hold off and stock up on canned tuna and save for the sightron, long run its a MUCH better buy then the millet

I used to have that exact same scope on a 223. It tracked accurately, was easy to sight it and had good eye relief, but I hated that stupid illuminated reticle bul$%it that make it look tacticool. I was suckered into it from a salesman at WSS and always hated that part about it. I now have a 3 sightrons, 1 vortex and will not likely switch. The target dot on the sightron is easily worth every penny more, and even the vortex is leaps ahead in its fine crosshair. The Millet was quite "thick" in comparison allowing it to hide much of a target compared to the other scopes. The Mil-Dot Bar reticle is also confusing as all hell. Its an easy choice, buy once, cry once.
