Milling Remington titanium receiver? Wyatts mag box

Hi there
I have a Remington titanium SA saum. I was researching adding a wyatts extended mag box, and it needs a small receiver mod. Is this easily doable on titanium? Any gunsmith do this?
Just mag box needed? Or new follower also?

I can't comment on working titanium, but getting the extended magazine follower is a good idea, I put an extended magazine on my wife's 7-08 and it fed much better with the extended follower than without. Just a note it took some tweaking with the magazine lips to get it to feed reliably and not have the rounds pop out.

If it's a simple mode, shouldn't be a problem. Worst case, you'll have to buy the gunsmith a $60 carbide end mill for titanium.

I did that to mine, don't recall him saying it was an issue at all. The bolt stop might need to be modded a hair too, and maybe round out the ejection port depending on how long your oal is.
