I am headed to Nfld. on the 15th until the 29th. We are covering most of the Province. Can anyone from Nfld or any others who may have visited there suggest places to look....gun shops, markets, newspaper for sale ads? Looking for Canadian military rifles in particular. Thanks, Dave

NO Milsurp shop when I lived there, but there is a good sporting-goods shop in Grand Falls.
You have NO idea what will turn up in that part of the world. I came out with a dog-lock, half of a brown Bess and a quite shootable .50-calibre Remington Rolling Block, not to mention a real nice Lee Metford. But that was a long time ago.

I was also advised of a nice gun shop in Cornerbrook. I thought that possibly a few of the members who live there might have a few suggestions. A local gun dealer told me that the last he was there he brought a bunch of stuff back with him. Thanks Smellie
