Not aware of any 'smith at Milarm.

Bruce at Lock and Load, OTOH, is a very talented gunsmith. No doubt about it.

Kevin Keon at Dycor is a gunsmith extraordinare.

I have used the services of both (on various milsurp and sporter rifles) and have been very happy with their work.
