Min. Neck Tension or Breech Seating

If you want to learn about breech seating, go to the ASSRA site. Very common with Schuetzen rifle shooters. They also list various loads for breech seated bullets with various cartridges, and if it isn't listed, just ask. They can also help with technical questions on how to set up the gun and they can point you to toolmakers, if you need that direction. Can't say as I've heard of 5744 used with breech seating, most are pistol powders and 4759. Brass lasts forever with breech seating, I have one lot of 32-40 with 3-400+ shots on it. Some people only use one case at matches.
 
Unless you have a large supply of SR4759 squirreled away don't spend any time perfecting a load for it, it was discontinued a few years ago and is only available thru the odd reloader getting out of the sport.
