Mini 14 no double tap

I got a mini 14 ranch rifle, and a recently bought a tapco T6 stock for it. I switched up the stock but now when i fire it it shoots the round off then the bolt only goes back about a quater of the way not picking up the next round. So i have to recock every round. Does anyone know what could be causing this problem. It worked perfect before i switched stocks.

Yup. It's probably something on your gun rubbing on your stock. Take the gun apart and look for rub marks. It will probably have to do with your slide assembly.

my m14 was having the same issue. i agree with the statement above, if you can't find it just go with the stock stock. lol you don'rt want to run the risk of blowing your rifle, or yourself up.
