Mini 14 Rail

I’m not sure where to look .... high caliber seems to have lots of mini 14 stuff.
Make sure you pay attention to what series of serial numbers your gun is ....... serial numbers of 583 and later now come with a rail and are drilled and tapped for a both rail and scope rings both supplied by Ruger .... the serial numbers starting with 582 only came with scope rings and the rails are aftermarket only. It’s possible that they may not be compatible as Ruger seems to like proprietary stuff.

I had the same question and called Ruger in the US. They said to call their Canadian warranty Center, which I did. I ordered it for about $30 cdn. Here’s the info Ruger sent me:
The rail kit is part number MS16605 but it will not work if your serial number was made before 2013 (Ruger started drilling and tapping the Mini-14 and Mini-30 for the Picatinny Rail in January 2013.)
