Centre-fire and less than 18.5" barrel = restricted. Doubt Ruger exports them either...

I believe the tactical has a 16" barrel. Thus restricted. Just go for the regular mini and put an aftermarket stock of your choosing on it.

The stock the tactical model comes in is nothing more than the ATI strikeforce stock, which many dealers across Canada sell, so if you want that look, it is still possible to do. Personally, I'd say follow Utah's advice and go for the Promag stock - it's more expensive, but it looks much nicer, IMO.

Go with the archangel Sparta. Best mini stock out there by far. I love mine

Whats nice about this stock is that ots so good it doesent even feel like a stock kit, it feels like thats the way the gun comes.
