I had one and sold it a few years ago for about $500. butler creek folding stock, the original stock, sling and a red dot sight on it. It was a fairly accurate gun. I also sold another one that was barely broken in a few month ago; less than 200 rounds, 3X9 scope mounted on it, sling, 3 mags $700.
But, if you really want one; they are getting hard to come across, so it might be worth paying a tad more than you had hoped. Check the price of them new, and then when you talk money with the seller keep in mind the price of them new.

If it is a true factory folding stock, then the stock itself is worth the money in a lot of people's minds - just so you can pretend you are part of the A Team. As of late, any mini 14 period has been selling for ridiculous prices. It wasn't all that long ago that they could be had for $450-500.

One of 'em sold on iCollector, in 2012, with the original box for 2 grand. Another one, on Liveauction, for $1300 US. All of 'em plus the site "Buyer's premium" whatever that is. These are Canadian auction sites demanding USD.
Seems decidedly pricey for an over priced, inaccurate rifle, but the factory folder matters apparently.
