Is it even legal to convert an airsoft, even if you do use a registered action? I guess it's only cosmetic, but hmm.
Doing it with a p90 means you create a prohibited device.
Yeeep I'm in no way recommending it. Just saying.
I'm still confused as to why bull-pup weapons are prohibited. I guess it makes sense if the barrel length is less than the legal limit but at that point couldn't you just lengthen the barrel?
Although I guess that makes the bull-pup mechanism redundant.

Stock rifle in a bullpup conversion makes it shorter than legally allowed; also if you remove the bullpup stock the rifle will still function and it makes the rifle even shorter. That is why conversions are prohibited, and manufactured ones are not. At least that is my understanding, but I could be wrong
Is there any logic behind making bullpup conversions illegal? Is it to stop people from basically making their own versions of bullpup weapons that are prohibited for other reasons?
Trying to find logic in gun laws is like trying to take your cat for a walk.
No matter how hard you try, it is not going to happen.
