mini phantom game call....any good?

Just wondering if anyone has any experience with the mini phantom electronic call. Its an econo version. Says it puts out 110db and is 8 bit digital sound. You can purchase different different sound cards that work with the same unit. Is it better than the Cass Creek econo call? Has anyone every called anything in with one of these econo calls?

You're probably better off saving your money for a Foxpro, not necessarily the FX3 but even one of the other models (416 or 532). More of these may become available once the uber-caller FX5 comes out in October.

Yeah, I just can't bring myself to spend that kind of money on a caller. I bet they are the cat's meow though.

just wanted to reask this. Anyone? Walmart has them for $37 right now.

Go to the Foxpro website and look at their refurbished callers, they have refurbs there in the 85-100 dollar price range for a basic 8-sound unit. They don't have a remote, but are still a top notch caller which can be upgraded later on.
