Mini Rascal

Those norinco's JW15's seem to go for over $400 when theyre up and IMO are not worth it. Just buy a 13" Scorpio em332 for half the price.

A few are on GP right now though, even one NIB which is surprising. I spent about 3 months looking for one before I got a scorp.

I definitely did not pay 400 I think when I bought it new I paid 150 plus shipping. But like I said that was years ago. And to be honest with the quality they are not really worth that much.

I think you have a nice idea. Practical and compact for the woods. Sometimes you just wanna hike the trails, but have a legal hunting tool if an opportunity arises - and not too cumbersome.
I’d like to see one of this little rascals slightly longer, as in 12”. It may be splitting hairs, but for me 12” barrels for the 22 is the sweet spot. And still very compact. If it was 10” and threaded for a linear compensator to direct muzzle blast I’d be also be interested.

12-13" barrel would be a must for those of us in BC, can't hunt with anything shorter than 12" here.

I would probably prefer the longer sight radius from the original barrel for accuracy. How about a folding stock, that would keep the overall length folded similar as the short barrel version. That would not reduce weight like OP's 10" barrel version as the barrel is the heavy part.
