Minty Beretta 81 What's it worth?

I have a line on this gun. Owner says it's fired one mag and it looks it. No barrel marks, the mag looks new. No box or paperwork. Interesting it has a frame mounted safety so it can be carried cocked and locked.
What's a reasonable price? Anyone know of a source for mags? I already tried all the usual sources.
