Misfires on P320?

Is this the only PD using them? Why aren't there any details like under what circumstances they misfire?
Very curious since this seems like a Liberal dream article about guns going off by themselves.
 
If I shot my partner in the leg, I’d lie too!

I find it weird that one department has had 3 nd’s and no one else, it seems, I’d have any issues. It will be I teresti g to see how this plays out.
 
All I know is P320's are being shot like hell in IPSC without any problems or un-intended firings. Also JFT-2 has gone back to the platform (soon to be followed by big Army...yes I just called regular CF big Army....). So not sure on this one to be honest.

I did see one of the famous "law-suits" stateside was a female Police Officer who reached inside her purse to grab a "holstered" P320....inside the purse....and it went off.....inside the purse...and was called an "un-commanded firing"!!!! That one doesn't pass the smell test.
