The first shoot was held today with nine members attending.
This is a good start and I am sure it will grow from here.
There was one member that travelled from Steveston so distance should not be a problem. The kitchen was open today, and with sufficent warning, breakfast could be served before the shoot begins.
Check the Club Web page for future dates. It was agreed to charge $10.00 for four targets which would be 100 rounds for score. There was some very fancy equipment there . . . a sight to make many drool.

Using the American Rimfire Association Targets, and will probably register with them. This is unlimited with some virtual sleds. 25 shots in 20 minutes, with sighters followed directly with the second 25. I used Eley EPS and had a score of 1760; with Eley tenex the score was 1635, and that gave me a sixth place out of 9.
I will take photos the next time . . . thank you for the suggestion but I did not know what to expect as I had read the BR50 rules.

1470 and 1370 for me, second last, IIRC... got my butt royally handed to me :(

Krico 330, Eley Team.

First time I shot the ARA targets. I am not using it as an excuse but I was not used to shooting it; quite different from the USBR target.

Don't despair ! Use this 1st match as a learning experience and walk ahead.
The most important thing is you enjoyed the match and cameraderie. Now you know what to expect , you can build on your technique. For all your Krico is not designed for the bench discipline, keep shooting as much as you can with it. There's a lot to be said for the benefits of trigger time - so shoot lots and focus on each shot. Cheers
