Mistake was made but CanadaAmmo made it right

Just a shout out to Canada Ammo.

I ordered a few polymer grizzly mags among other things, when canpar dude arrived I knew there was a mistake right away because the package was so heavy. As I figured, they put steel mags in. After a few business days they replied to my email about the problem with a prepaid shipping label to return the 2 steel mags and fix the mistake. They also sent the polymer ones out right away. Mistakes happen, making it right speedily ensures you keep my business.

I just wanted to write this because from my experience, NOT ALL firearms retailers will make problems or issues right. But CanAm will.

I have had similar experiences with CanAmmo. Everyone makes mistakes, it's how one deals with them that truly shows one's character. This is why I keep going back to them for the stuff I need.
 
A vendor I used to deal with, always said that Canada Ammo were a bunch of crooks and their products were chite. Well I think that about him and will ALWAYS deal with Canada Ammo because they are a damn fine group to deal with.
 
Might as well jump in here...ordered 2000 rounds of ammo off the easter special and as a result got a $75.00 credit. Ordered a stun baton and wouldn't ya know it something's not working right, won't charge even though light suggests it's charging.
Pretty cool toy and yes I want it to work but when I called the man (Dan?) I spoke to was so willing and glad to help me get it working I almost felt guilty taking his time when I didn't really pay for the baton.
I was given some things to try and no, they didn't work so I still have a cool looking stick with no zap but he gave me his email and if I was off work a little quicker today I would have followed up.
This could be the best service I've ever received from a business, and even if my cool non-zapping baton never works they're still first on my list of places to support with my dollar.
 
I love 'em even more now that they supply bullets, primers and powder. Although my wife isn't a big fan of theirs.
 
Had the same great service also. Ordered a product that wasn't working properly, one email, had it fixed with no questions asked. I will definitely be ordering from them again.
 
When I couldn't help a customer I would usually send them in the direction of Canada Ammo because their excellent buisness practices.
 
I have yet to have Canadaammo mess up an order. But to speak to their awesome service, ordered some mags on sale. Wasnt going to be home for delivery as i was on vacation and one of the guys (Ryan maybe?) Post marked delivery so it arrived a day after i got home.

Always excellent xommunication and service from these guys!
 
I love canada ammo too, i always check them for guns and ammo. They have fair prices and fast shipping and I'm waiting for them to bring in type 81's cause i want to give them the business because there amazing service!
