Sure. I once collected a half dozen oddsn ends of 4895 to make a useful 15 pound keg of uniform powder. But then treat it like a new lot # and re-check the load data.
Yep. It's only when different powders get mixed that bad things can happen. Mind you, if you're loading match ammo you'll want the lots to be the same.
I do it, and I don't re work loads lot to lot either. Of course I only load mild to mid range cast bullet stuff, so I'm not exactly worried about over pressure conditions to begin with. Different if you're pushing the limits of sensibility, I expect
As long as you are mixing from two cans of the same product, I think the worst that may happen is if one has been open for long enough in conditions that degraded it you may have a variation in performance, but it might not even be noticeable.
