Mk III Magazine options

I picked up a Ruger Mk III a few months ago, and am starting to get the shooting bug as the weather is starting to look a little promising...

The pistol came with 2 mags, but of course I want more...

Can you use Mk II mags in a Mk III? Or is it the other way around?

Should be easy enough finding MK III mags. I needed MK I mags and ended up having to adjust MK II mags to get them to work. Now they work better then my MK I mags.

I have a MK III magazine that was given to me and I use in my MK II pistol all the time: it works just fine. However, with the magazine safety on the MK IIIs, I'm not so sure that a MK II magazine will work in a MK III--I don't have a MK III so I don't know, but I suspect it won't...
