Are there any Mlok side mount bipods that are of good quality and possibly low weight?

Something like this:

But I cannot find that much written if there is a highly regarded version around...

I picked up a UTG 2 piece bipod from Marstar for around $100. It locks tight in all positions and weighs around 11 oz.
I’m no mall ninja sniper (forgot to renew my membership lol)but it works well enough for me at the range.
Regards, Adam
P.S. it’s aluminum.

I was looking at that one as well, the idea of side mount is good. Quite cheap and folds forward or back, but the positive reviews are from airsoft folks. There isn't much actual aluminum mentioned and the M lock fit doesn't fit tight in some failure reviews. That UTG 2 pc. looks durable at $100. MagPul MOE bottom mounts have the tilt/pan feature and good reviews for an additional $20. Both at Marstar.

Looks like these mount to pic rails, not M-LOK, but you could always get some short pic sections to make these work:

I'm curious as to why you want side mounted bipod legs instead of a traditional bipod? The Vltor ones linked are at least good quality (UTG is generally chicom junk) but none of the side-mounted bipods allow for cant (other than adjusting individual legs which is a pretty gross adjustment) which is less than ideal if shooting from anything other than flat, level ground. Depending on what your use case is, I'd suggest a Harris, Magpul or MDT Oryx or Grndpod bipod (the Grndpod being my favourite of those choices). All of those are reasonably priced, effective bipods that have adjustable cant so that you can level your rifle in any conditions.
