Howdy, anyone here ever get into Marlin Model 60 tuning? I've been watching a series of video's on youtube found here:

(The guy kinda sounds like red-green meets ed the sock), the extractor filing makes sense, but bolt sanding seems like it would result in some seriously loose parts if you make a mistake.

Got my new 60 last week. Have bought a new hammer & sear to do the "Dude" tuning on. Will know the outcome soon but will have the originals should anything mess up.
