Mmmm I'm tempted to try this out with deer

i cook the front sholders of the deer whole with the big flat bone . season well wrap with tin foil and lay on the BBQ cook slow on low heat for about three hours . what a treat . if you bone them out all you get is stew meat or burger so cooking then whole is a great way to do it . lay lots of bacon in with it YUMMY DUTCH
