Mod. 1892 Woes

My latest '92 Winchester SRC has had the saddle ring cut off, the stud is intact just the ring removed.
Does anyone know of a gunsmith in the Fraser Valley that might make another ?

You can usually get the ring itself off of Ebay for a few dollars.

CGN'r (Wild Bill Hickok) has New Old Stock Winchester parts available.
I bought a SRC ring from him before.

you can make one very easily from a 4" nail. I think that I used a 1/2" bolt to wrap the nail around. Put the bolt in the vice with the tip of the nail clamped with it and just bend the nail cold about 1 1/2 turns then saw off a ring
