The Phase 5 BAD with a slight grind works great also.
Next to come is an aero precision 3oz single scope mount and a Battlelink stock.

Do the stock AR safeties work, or is that a 15-22 specific ambi safety?

Only for the 15-22. Got mine from Brownells.
The receiver is wider than an AR. So you need a 15-22 ambi, and anti roll pins. However all AR triggers work.

4.8lbs loaded with scope. Should drop s little with a battlelink stock and ultralight scope mount.
Weaver rings I was shocked 6.8oz. So with the new stock and mount I should drop 0.28lbs.

Nice rig. What length barrel? Is that the one from Suffolk?

Yep 10" so less weight, abit louder and iirc, most ammo stays subsonic.

How was dealing with Suffolk? I'm considering ordering a 12.5" but looks like it'll be pricey. How much did yours run after everything said and done? Did you have to swap out the ejector, etc? How much work was that?

Sorry for all the questions. You're the first I've seen actually swap out a barrel (seen lots of posts removing the barrel, but never a complete swap over) so I'm curious how the whole process went.
