You have to put a rail system on first - I got mine from fabsports.ca - but as for the handguards themselves I just got them from airsoftgi.com!
 
Thats a great kettle you bought there, I have had the same one for a while jks Are those Knights Armament guards (EDIT, I saw the post above, sorry)? I put a set on my quad railed Ar 15 and loved them. Awesome looking gun!

Took it to the range yesterday - had a target out at 25 yards and one at 50 yards. At 25 yards i could make 1 1/2 inch groupings freehand shooting (the foregrip helps immensely). At 50 yards my freehand groupings were about 6 inches give or take.

And yes! Those are knights armament guards - I have them on all my airsoft guns and love them.
