Does anyone recognize this Winchester 1895?
It has a distinctive pattern on the left side of the buttstock. I was supposed to buy it but the con man took my money and I got no gun. The internet deal wasn't done on gunnutz and the police would not file a fraud charge. They said it was civil matter and I could sue if I find out who the seller really is... So this doesn't fit under the Fraud Forum posting guidelines..Anyway, if you know this rifle, please let me know. I know the thief might have just lifted the photos from someone else, but maybe it will be a start. Thanks.
