model 232 Lanber shotgun

Don't know your reasons for wanting a 10 ga, but be advised! They kick like a mule! Hand loads are best option. I picked up a 10 auto, figured can't be that bad Eh! Wrong! First shot knocked my hearing gear off, second shot I got more in to the stock smacked my cheek but good, third shot last and final. Had a three line bruise on my shoulder and a sore cheek. Rung my bell pretty good! Hey I am a200 pound guy enjoy 's shooting 12 ga alot. Got over 12 of them. Oh yea! Plus 10 Ammo is hard to find and isn't cheap. Don't want to turn you off just wanted to let you know that's all.
 
Thanks for the advice......been shooting all my life,know about 10 ga recoil,the ammo costs etc ...just want some info on a shotty I am not familiar with !!!
 
Lanbers can be a good gun, or not. Different models, different price points. I wouldn't think the 10 gauge would be more than a $500.00 gun tops and that depends on the condition.
