Model 41 questions

I own a model 41 with the long barrel (7 1/2" I think). I would like to purchase a 5" barrel, is it legal to do so? If so, what paperwork needs to be done (ie. reverified) and where is a good place to get one?

Along the same lines, where can I purchase spare magazines for the same gun?

I don't think you need to do anything as long as you keep the longer barrel. (can't go bellow 105mm though)...
