Model 69 Value ?

Anyone have an opinion on the value of an early 1940's (maybe late 1930's) Model 69 ? The bluing is good everywhere except the trigger guard, unfortunately someone carved initials in the stock and someone else tried to fill it, aside from that the wood is in good condition. It isn't a grooved receiver but there is a side mount (Mossberg) scope.

They are great shooters.
I have one that the stock was trimmed up on.
Skinny and not that hard to look at.
Shoots like a dream.
Collector value no, but fun to shoot regardless.
