Model 70 Marlin .22 magazine!

I read OP, and thought I'd never seen one of those in .22wmr... I'm guessing magazine search? Model 70 should be able to use model 795 magazines. Quite popular, and affordable. The closest Can-tires to me have them, but that's pretty far for you...
The thread title ended in ".22 mag", so I thought you meant "22 Magnum/22WMR" From what I gather, the model 70 is the predecessor to the 795 and uses the same magazine. Check the EE here from time to time, but you can buy online @ Cabela's as an option. Any Marlin/Remington dealer should be able to order for you. I own a 795 and often buy one when I see them for sale at Bass Pro, but since I'm up to about 6 or 7 of them, so not really on the radar anymore for me.
