Sorry I have taken so long, busy with trucking my grain south of the border as the trains are all full of oil! I will get to it one of these days. Thanks for all the help so far.

no problem, whenever you get time. If I had a waiver I'd be hauling south as well. They won't let me across the line anymore! (my wrong doings from over 40 yrs ago).
