Model 94 bb scope mounts?

I recently putchased a 94 big bore in .375 win, top eject not tapped for optics mounts. My question i, is there a mounting system out there that won't mean "compromising" the rifle? I'd like to keep it as stock as possible to retain value and as an heirloom for my son.

I've used one of these Pearson's No-Drill mount on a regular Model 94. You need a scout scope or can use a red dot.

I went with the Pearson mount on my 30/30 model 94.
Not a lot of time on it yet but so far I'm happy.

My father n law has a bigbore 94. The question I have is with the ammo it uses, anything over 75yds, the bullets going to drop like crazy. So why scope it. Its a bear gun. So 50yds or less with one shot.
Its not a plinker when ammo for this gun isnt cheap or easy found!
