model 94 NWT 30-30

gun shop i go to just got a model 94 30-30 Northwest Territories Centennial in. 24'' octagon barrel, gold reciever and trigger with medallion in stock. gun is a beauty asking $400, just wondering if anyone here can tell anything about the gun or concerns with it and price.

Sounds like a good price, these often go for a lot more if unfired and with the original packaging. Where's it at? I might have to go look if it's close
