moderately priced 22LR target scope and rings advice wanted

Johan
A/O scopes have an adjustable objective and you can dial in the range with the ring and it will be paralax free. If you buy a scope that has no A/o make sure its is specific for rimfire. I belive the only banner that will work from rimfire is the A/0 models. Bushnell makes a rimfire line called 22mag which
is set for 50 yrds. Too bad if you want one though.. I just ordered the last one from wholesale in 3-9

I have several target scope for my .22's including a Tasco 6-24x42, a Leupold BR 24x and have a bushnell banner 6-18x50 on the way right now. There is a huge difference between the Leupold and the Tasco but thats what you have to expect comparing a $100 scope to a $1000 scope. I will let you guys know when i get the Bushnell. I have heard nothing but good things about this scope.

For rings, i like to stick to either B-square steel rings, or Burris Zee rings. Each of these rings IMHO is rock solid (y). On some of my cheaper scopes i use the B-square sport utility rings (alluminum) which can be found for $10. I would rate these rings the best for the money because they seem to be rock solid :)

Hope this helps,
Jordan
