Modern 7/8 tube rifle scope

Does any body manufacture a modern 7/8 tube rifle scope in 4 or 6 power or higher? I am an old guy using an m82 scope on a garand but would like something with a higehr or variable power optic.

Not 'modern' but just a suggestion. You might want to find an 'old' Weaver that has been restored since many of those were 7/8". There were some variable mags in 20-30mm lens sizes. I have an El Paso 4D from the 70s but not for sale. Just for a 22lr at 50y or less.

Is this to fit existing rings? Otherwise it might be an opportunity to upgrade to a larger tube in a modern scope.
 
You can look for the “new” Leupold Alaskan re-issues that where made in the mid 1990’s?

Note, Leupold can’t/wont service or repair em
