With rimfires, handguns, bolt-action rifles and everything always tearing me to new corners of the firearm-enthusiast niches, I keep coming back to blackpowders as they pique my interest.
My friend loooves to come out shooting but is always giving me excuses as to not wanting to get his PAL. I think he doesn't want his name on any lists or anything; not a tin foil hat person but a strict libertarian who is very anti-registry.
But for one like a Remington Genesis, is a PAL required to own one? It's not an antique per se, and it is modern in production, but i was wondering what the rules are about buying one of those compared to buying just an antique one; PAL needed?
