Modern Hunter and the Pmag

Did he say if they're 5/20? Or just shorty ones that don't even stick out past the mag well of the lower? Did he give you a price? Something tells me they'll be $100+ each

I think so. Not sure for how much though.

Dustin from ATRS told me in an email this AM that ATRS should have their own polymer mags out within the month.

I think I saw somewhere else 5/10 - but I could be wrong. The IMI's are an option too, and they're longer.....

I don't think they'll hose us. I bet they'll be very competitive.

It sucks that magpul changed the gen3 pmags but hopefully they might change it for gen4. Right now I think the best available option for 20 round (pinned of course) mags that work are the gen 2 pmags and these ones I found online but haven't tried.

Has anyone tried these metal ar-10 style mags in their MH? Seems like the best option for mags.

Hopefully when they release the ATRS mags there will be more gen2 pmags for sale.

It is not like this was some deeply hidden secret that gen 2 Pmags would not work in our rifle, or for the most part any other AR10 platform.d:h:

Haha this was discussed to death a year ago. What I don't understand is if the OP has legit concerns why not pop in for a visit? Hell I popped in from Edmonton to say hi a few times 8)

Have to disagree with the for the most part any other AR10 platform. Gen 3 pmags work perfectly in my DPMS G2 Recon, LMT mws and KAC SR25. Most likely magpul used the LMT/KAC as their template.

Indeed! Like you drop that kind of money on a gun only to learn you can't even buy magazines for it? I knew that I should have stuck with a tried and tested firearm.

WOW
So, the rifle wont work with ONE type of mag, and thats "cant buy magazines for it"? a mag which is designed differently from normal mags because Magpul does what it wants, and also was very clearly stated that the MH would not work with said specific mag, and this is still somehow the guns fault?? "stuck with a tried and tested firearm?" are you ####ing kidding me? are you an idiot, or a troll?
